Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional clinic environment
- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and follow-ups using clinic management software
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical histories and treatment details
- Assist healthcare professionals with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing examination rooms
- Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management of medical supplies
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims with attention to detail and accuracy
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assistance or healthcare administration is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinic management software
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
