Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and healthcare information.
- Provide empathetic and professional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care.
- Manage patient records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Adhere to shift schedules (office hours, 2 rotating shifts, or 3 rotating shifts) as assigned.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on healthcare policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and basic office software.
