Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and healthcare information.
  • Provide empathetic and professional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care.
  • Manage patient records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Adhere to shift schedules (office hours, 2 rotating shifts, or 3 rotating shifts) as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role.
