Responsibility
- Coordinate and facilitate patient appointments, admissions, and follow-up care for international clients.
- Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure clear communication and timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency in patient care services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide personalized support to international patients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing travel, accommodation, and logistics for patients and their families when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to patient care coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is advantageous.
