Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in patient coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
