Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and partners to support business objectives and expand market presence.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance, addressing any issues and implementing improvements to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering long-term collaboration and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential partners in the industry.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.
- Ensure all vendor contracts and agreements are up-to-date, legally sound, and aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, vendor relations, or business development, preferably in the Marketing & Communications sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships or vendor contracts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess vendor performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for tracking partnerships.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
