Responsibility
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns using professional equipment and software.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to maximize engagement and reach.
- Assist in the development and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of video assets.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketers to create cohesive multimedia campaigns.
- Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing tools, techniques, and digital marketing strategies to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video shooting and editing (portfolio or showreel required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual stories.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
