Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, using POS systems where applicable.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and restocking service areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and ability to handle pressure with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
