Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice on product features, benefits, and styling to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions to effectively engage with customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise display.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for fashion, sportswear, and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
