Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of physiotherapists, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Provide advanced physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation plans for complex cases.
- Mentor junior staff through training, performance evaluations, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to integrate physiotherapy into holistic patient care plans.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including audits and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Drive research and evidence-based practice by contributing to clinical studies or protocol development.
- Represent the department in interdisciplinary meetings and stakeholder discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Valid physiotherapy license and registration with the relevant Indonesian or international regulatory body.
- Proven track record in team management, service development, and quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
