As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of the brand, offering outstanding personalized assistance to our esteemed clientele. This is a 1-month temporary contract offering a competitive rate of RM 13 per hour, perfect for university students, freelancers, or anyone looking to build a career in luxury hospitality and retail.
Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to boutique visitors, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand's heritage, product lines, and seasonal collections to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, unpacking new arrivals, and keeping the storeroom organized.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and digital transactions accurately, and process tax-free shopping requests.
- Collaborate closely with full-time boutique staff to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred; luxury retail experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus).
- A well-groomed appearance, professional demeanor, and a polite, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A proactive team player with a strong passion for fashion, style, and luxury goods.
- Immediate availability to commit to a 1-month contract.
