Responsibility
- Provide accurate and professional interpretation services between Japanese and English/Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assist in business meetings, conferences, and customer interactions to ensure clear communication.
- Translate documents, emails, and other written materials as needed.
- Act as a cultural liaison to facilitate understanding and cooperation between Japanese clients and local teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and cultural nuances to provide high-quality interpretation.
- Assist in resolving any language-related issues or misunderstandings promptly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English/Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in interpretation or translation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of Japanese business etiquette.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent listening and note-taking skills.
- Basic knowledge of office software and tools.
