Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of villas, homestays, and common areas to ensure a spotless and inviting environment.
- Change linens, towels, and replenish amenities (e.g., toiletries, tea/coffee) for guest rooms.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces in all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the property manager promptly.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to meet industry and company standards.
- Assist with laundry and ironing services as required.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus (but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time capacity.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift light objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or during peak seasons as needed.
- Residence in or near Bali (preferred) with reliable transportation to assigned locations.
