Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations (virtual or in-person) to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio by providing personalized financial planning and ongoing support.
- Educate clients on life insurance, health coverage, and wealth management solutions tailored to their goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to deliver accurate advice.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline client interactions and sales processes.
- Collaborate with the Pru Life UK team to participate in training, workshops, and networking events.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales or customer service experience (financial services industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, or investment strategies is advantageous.
- Comfortable using CRM software, digital tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., Philippine Insurance Commission license).
- Residents of Bali, Indonesia with stable internet access for remote work.
