Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service, including greeting clients, offering styling advice, and assisting with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including restocking, rearranging displays, and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization, including fitting rooms and common areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fashion retail preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques.
