Responsibility
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms and websites.
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Support inventory management and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and sales strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing photoshoots and content creation sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or e-commerce support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with fashion and lifestyle trends is highly desirable.
