Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to achieve KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to refine targeting and improve ad relevance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-impact ad creatives and copy.
- A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns competitive.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across channels for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and bid management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with pixel tracking, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup with strong time-management skills.
