Responsibility
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to meet KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment.
- Prepare and present performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in managing paid media campaigns with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
