Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok to meet client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.), and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and copy align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify high-performing variations.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels to maximize results.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of paid media strategies for new and existing clients, aligning with their business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing, with a focus on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with measurable results (e.g., increased conversions, reduced CPA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Experience working with international clients or in a remote/hybrid setting is a plus.
