Responsibility
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms to meet client KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad account issues, including disapproved ads, billing problems, or platform restrictions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, bid management, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and other ad management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with experience in ad copywriting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights and recommendations to clients or team members.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms are a plus.
