Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock takes.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and outlet cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to provide insights for business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Ensure all safety, health, and security regulations are strictly adhered to within the outlet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software (POS systems).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
