Responsibility

  • Execute high-volume outbound sales activity including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Conduct proactive client re-engagement campaigns to reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through thorough research and strategic prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capacity and shift requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
