Responsibility
- Execute high-volume outbound sales activity including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Conduct proactive client re-engagement campaigns to reactivate dormant accounts.
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through thorough research and strategic prospecting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capacity and shift requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities within our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Resilient personality with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on managing time and sales funnels effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
