As the OSP Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end deployment of fiber optic networks, from planning and design to construction and maintenance. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of fiber optic network expansion projects across Bali, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, utility providers, and landowners to secure permits, right-of-way access, and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee site surveys, route planning, and network design to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry best practices, and company policies throughout all phases of construction and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including network operations, sales, and customer support, to align OSP projects with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and network reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP (Outside Plant) management, with a proven track record of leading fiber optic network projects.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic technologies, network design, and construction methodologies, including FTTH, FTTB, and FTTC.
- Experience working with local government agencies, contractors, and utility providers to secure permits and approvals.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and GIS software for route planning and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with Indonesian telecom regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, RCDD, or Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) are highly desirable.
