Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Utilize SAP for order management, inventory tracking, and supply chain coordination.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Generate reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all order-related activities.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems) for order processing and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an MNC or industrial sector is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the contract duration.
