Responsibility
- Manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain and update customer account information in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, sales) to resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Generate reports on order trends, customer feedback, and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
