Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on marine and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and keep accurate records of all service activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment downtime efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to support maintenance operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and operational teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technician in marine, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical controls.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other technical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces.
- Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
