Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
- Provide real-time support to address operational challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
