Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for operational challenges.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, including SOPs, guidelines, and training materials.
- Provide real-time support to teams by troubleshooting issues and escalating critical matters to management.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure they understand operational protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com) is a plus.
