Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations for Heavy Duty Gas Turbine rotor repair.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and operators.
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy machinery repair or manufacturing supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of gas turbine components and repair processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in using ERP and maintenance management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
