Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the security systems division, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all project activities.
- Manage client relationships, including regular communication, feedback collection, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and scalability within the security systems operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the security systems or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with security systems technologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security systems and project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
