Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in manufacturing, transport, and logistics to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain activities, and delivery schedules to meet production and distribution targets.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and hygiene standards in all operational areas.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Train, mentor, and supervise operational staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operational software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
