Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of hospitality properties, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and maintenance teams to align operations with business goals and guest expectations.
- Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and repeat business.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in luxury resorts, hotels, or tourism-related businesses.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, P&L analysis, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a dynamic environment.
