Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end insurance operations, including case processing, underwriting support, and claims management.
- Ensure strict compliance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations and local Indonesian financial guidelines.
- Lead licensing and commission structures, optimizing processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and reduce turnaround times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT) to align operations with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and service enhancement.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields; Masterās or professional certifications (e.g., CII, FLMI) a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, compliance, or financial services management.
- In-depth knowledge of MAS regulations and Indonesian insurance market practices.
- Proven track record in process optimization, risk management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on results.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, or insurance-specific platforms is advantageous.
