Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to develop, review, and consolidate individual budgets into a unified corporate financial plan.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of business initiatives, market changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Present comprehensive financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial performance against targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across departments to enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards in all financial planning activities.
- Support long-term strategic planning by evaluating investment opportunities, risk assessments, and growth projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate planning, financial analysis, or budget management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach to financial challenges.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
