Responsibility
- Oversee daily cleaning and service operations across multiple sites in Bali’s key hospitality zones.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to maintain high-performance levels.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to uphold quality and service excellence.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to address concerns and foster strong relationships.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, service protocols, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
