Responsibility
- Oversee the financial performance of casual F&B brands, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement cost-control strategies to optimize expenses without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine service offerings and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a luxury or high-volume casual dining environment.
- Proven track record of improving financial performance, reducing costs, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage multicultural teams.
- In-depth knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other F&B technology tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a significant advantage.
