Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize facility performance and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
- Ensure seamless logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, agriculture, or logistics.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and operational management tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
