Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare centers to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve center performance and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
