Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across assigned client sites in Bali, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor performance, address issues, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build long-term partnerships through exceptional service.
- Optimize resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to maximize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including KPIs, budget tracking, and client feedback, to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning, facility services, or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in commercial or hospitality cleaning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with facility management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
