Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all general services operations, including facility maintenance, cleaning, security, and administrative support.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of service staff to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality through regular inspections, audits, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for general services, optimizing resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general services, facility management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and operational processes in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as relevant local regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Indonesian, are a plus.
