Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain documentation, including reports, contracts, and project files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners to align on project goals and timelines.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and business plans for client engagements.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and follow-up actions.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Experience in consulting, business strategy, or international operations is highly desirable.
