Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain documentation, including reports, contracts, and project files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and business plans for client engagements.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation for projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
