Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Australian client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements for operational activities.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and team members, ensuring seamless integration.
- Identify opportunities for growth and operational optimization, presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
