Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance practice management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or practice management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and financial support.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or practice management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
