Responsibility
- Execute daily logistics tasks, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and coordination with vendors or internal teams.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Coordinate with team members to align on priorities, deadlines, and operational goals.
- Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and documentation to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and resolve operational discrepancies or issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.

- Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
