Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
