Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
