Responsibility
- Develop and implement outsourcing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify, evaluate, and select third-party vendors and service providers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and vendor agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance against KPIs, addressing gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) to align outsourcing initiatives with business goals.
- Mitigate risks associated with outsourcing, including data security, service disruptions, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize processes for scalability, leveraging technology and best practices in outsourcing management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on outsourcing performance, ROI, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outsourcing management, vendor management, or operational roles.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing third-party relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with outsourcing frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR), and risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and outsourcing management tools.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
