Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers for property development and operational needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, finance, and logistics) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier communications using procurement software or ERP systems.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions or delays proactively to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and company policies in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the real estate, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess costs, and identify savings opportunities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international supplier markets, including import/export regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
