Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate after-hours scheduling requests using AxisCare software.
- Ensure accurate and timely client and care provider scheduling, including last-minute adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to address scheduling inquiries and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain meticulous records of all scheduling activities, client preferences, and care provider availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and follow up on pending or unresolved scheduling issues to ensure resolution.
- Generate reports on scheduling metrics, client feedback, and operational performance.
- Stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in care coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scheduling Specialist, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AxisCare or similar scheduling/management software is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or healthcare are a plus.
