Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of offline events, including health fairs, workshops, and product launches.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are in place.
- Support the development of event marketing materials, including invitations, social media content, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate on-site event setup, registration, and attendee engagement activities.
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses, attendance, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through digital and offline channels.
- Assist in managing event-related inquiries and communications with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative thinker with a passion for event planning and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
