Responsibility
- Assist the accounting team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, statements, and other documentation as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the accounting department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounting support role, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
