Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize office documents, records, and files both physically and digitally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
