Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient records management.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal clinic efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of office and medical supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Handle financial tasks, including payroll processing, invoicing, and budget tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and patients.
  • Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial management.
